Mecha Will Rise is the tribe of radical mechanical cyborgs who secretly worship the robotic overlords, H.I.V.E.
They are devoted to hunting down the remnants of humanity in exchange for cybernetic upgrades. Obsession with making themselves fully robotic leads them to compete in a vicious cycle of death and evolution.
Completely focussed, they will stop at nothing in their hunt for the survivors of the Bulletpunk Saga.

Carbine, the fifth test type, is the co-leader who spearheads the MWR soldiers known as ARMS ( Advanced Radical Mechanical Soldiers), the elite warriors of H.I.V.E's eradication army. He believes humanity is bound to destroy the world, and MWR is their only salvation.
Already highly advanced and modified to be the perfect tactical soldier, Carbine is tasked with hunting down and eradicating TEQ63 and his Death Squad to facilitate his synthetic transformation.
The Red Demon of Arms
Carbine's partner in crime, and Co leader of ARMS, DXIII is a vicious cyborg who likes to get up close and personal with his prey. A master swordsman who uses Katanas and Blades, which satisfy his blood lust well.
FX01 is the silent killer of the group. He is an enhanced cybernetic ninja, stealthy and lethal, with the ability to kill with a single strike. Armed with two blades that can attach into a bow and arrow, FX01 can take you out up close or from afar. If he catches you off guard, you will never know.
Another Test Type of ARMS, Magnum is the older brother of Carbine. Armed with a Sword, Rifle and Handgun, he covers many fighting styles and is extremely adaptable in combat.
MAYHEM is a new soldier from the Mecha will rise. Also known as the "Reaper" because of his personality and black and purple colors. In his human life, Mayhem was an extreme sports athlete that has been through an accident, needing to replace his body parts with mechanical parts.
His weapon of choice is a sniper rifle for long-distance attacks and twin blades. When the two weapons are combined it can form a scythe for close combat shredding.
ZERO is a new soldier from the Mecha Will Rise tribe and the assigned partner for Mayhem, and the muscle of the group. He's a bit overconfident and cocky but despite these traits, he is very reliable and will go above and beyond for his teammates. He is equipped with an arm attachment that serves as a robotic arm for melee attacks and a machine gun for added firepower for the unit.
A designer/Illustrator based in Antipolo Philippines. Niel Marcelino, commonly known as Chk_Dsk, studied Technology and then Computer Arts, mastering the Digital Arts and 3D Modeling.
After working as a creative supervisor, he established his own colorful and vibrant style called "neocubism" using vectors, with a focus on portrait and mechanical illustrations.
Some of his clients include FHM Magazine, Mens Health Magazine, Kult Magazine Singapore and Tobecontinued Apparel.
On the side when he is not working, he loves watching movies with his wife and listening to music.
CHK_DSK has joined Quiccs to develop the Bulletpunk Universe and to add his cast of mechanical soldiers to the battlefield. He is also the co designer of favourites such as Sharko and Remi.
